… is committed to being a resource for people needing or wanting to resolve conflicts and those who serve them. She is committed to helping parties create resolutions that are thoughtful, personal and workable. Her philosophy is dignity, consideration and respect for all.

Cindy serves clients in Central Iowa and beyond, and is actively working with mediation programs in Iowa’s  5th and 2nd Judicial Districts. She is happy to work with clients near their home and work.

    • More? Cindy Pearson Cole is the daughter of a Midwestern blended family with roots back east and out west; she is a wife, mom, stepmom and friend. Although she’s worked in communications for years, she answered a persistent call – and the encouragement of others in the field – to work more directly with people and became a mediator. She considers it a privilege to work with people about issues which they hold dear or are important to them.
